Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open AI Office Assistant and sign in.
2. Open the Account tab.
3. Scroll to Delete account and select it.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion

If you cannot access the app, email contact@vizionspace.com from the email address connected to your account. Use the subject “AI Office Assistant account deletion.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

Deletion removes your authentication account, registered mobile devices and push tokens, AI receptionist workspace configuration, call records, transcripts, summaries, recordings, notifications, routing settings, and connected workspace data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Timing and retention

In-app deletion begins immediately. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten during the normal backup cycle. Limited billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained for up to seven years when required for tax, accounting, dispute, or legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized.
