Terms of Service

These terms govern access to vizionspace.com, VizionSpace accounts, and VizionSpace Tools. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using VizionSpace
You may use the website and tools only for lawful business purposes. You must not probe private systems, bypass limits, interfere with the service, submit targets you are not authorized to assess, or use results to harm another party.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your business workspace. Provide accurate information, notify us of unauthorized use, and do not share access in a way that defeats workspace permissions.
Diagnostic tools
Site Audit and similar tools provide automated diagnostic information, not a guarantee of search rankings, revenue, accessibility compliance, security, or legal compliance. Findings may be incomplete or change as websites and third-party systems change. Review recommendations before acting on them.
AI Office Assistant
You are responsible for configuring lawful call handling, notices, recording consent, messaging, routing, and customer communications. Provider availability, telecommunications rules, and third-party service limits may affect operation.
AI Receptionist text notifications
If you expressly enable text notifications in your AI Receptionist workspace, VizionSpace may send recurring operational messages to the mobile number you provide, including missed-call alerts, call summaries, appointment activity, and important service notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Payments and paid services
Prices, subscriptions, implementation work, and cancellation terms shown at checkout or in a signed proposal control the applicable paid service. Features described as planned, preview, or unavailable are not purchased functionality until expressly activated.
Intellectual property
VizionSpace retains rights in its software, designs, documentation, and service materials. You retain rights in content and business information you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
Availability and liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizionSpace disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the preceding three months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, suspend abusive or unsafe use, or discontinue features. Continued use after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
