Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vizion Space Digital Solutions LLC collects and uses information through vizionspace.com and products such as Site Audit and AI Office Assistant.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit through contact forms, account registration, scheduling, and VizionSpace Tools. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business details, website URL, audit requests, and tool configuration. We also collect limited technical information such as browser, device, referring page, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
Accounts and Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the basic account information you authorize, such as your name, email address, profile image, and a provider identifier. VizionSpace does not receive your Google password. We use this information to create or connect your VizionSpace account and business workspace.
Delegated Google Calendar access
Workspace administrators may separately authorize one or more Google accounts for Calendar scheduling. VizionSpace uses that delegated access to read calendar lists and busy times and to create, update, or cancel appointments configured for AI Office Assistant. This authorization is separate from Google sign-in. We store the Google account identifier, calendar metadata, encrypted refresh credentials, and a booking ledger for events created by the assistant. We do not store unrelated event content or call transcripts in Google Calendar events. Disconnecting revokes access and removes the stored credential; limited booking records may be retained for operations, dispute handling, security, or legal requirements.
Site Audit data
The Site Audit processes the public website URL you request and stores the resulting diagnostic report when you save it to your account. Audit reports may contain public page content, technical findings, scores, and recommendations. Unclaimed reports expire after 24 hours; saved reports remain available to the associated business workspace until deleted under our retention practices.
AI Office Assistant and call data
AI Office Assistant processes business configuration, phone routing, caller phone numbers, call status, transcripts, summaries, captured lead details, appointments, and recordings when recording is enabled. This information is used to answer and route calls, notify the business, display call activity, and improve service reliability. Businesses are responsible for providing any legally required call or recording notices.
Notifications
If you enable app, email, or SMS notifications for AI Receptionist, VizionSpace uses the contact information associated with your workspace to deliver operational alerts such as missed-call notices, call summaries, appointment activity, and important service updates. We retain records of SMS consent, including the mobile number, date, workspace, and consent status. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can disable SMS notifications in Settings or reply STOP.
Purchases and subscriptions
Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Purchases made in AI Office Assistant are processed by Apple or Google and coordinated through RevenueCat. VizionSpace receives subscription status, product, transaction identifiers, billing period, store, and environment information needed to provide access, restore purchases, prevent duplicate subscriptions, and reconcile billing. VizionSpace does not receive complete payment-card details from these providers.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the website and tools, authenticate users, save account activity, respond to requests, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics, advertising, and cookies
With your permission, VizionSpace uses first-party cookies and Google Analytics to understand website and AI Office Assistant usage, including referring source, campaign fields, page activity, setup progress, product activation, and subscription lifecycle events. If you accept advertising cookies, we may also retain Google click identifiers to measure advertising results. Analytics-only consent does not enable advertising storage, and rejecting optional cookies disables both. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, call content, transcripts, payment-card details, authentication values, or sensitive checkout URL parameters to analytics. You can change your choice by clearing the VizionSpace consent cookie and revisiting the site.
Service providers and security
We use vetted service providers for authentication, hosting, communications, analytics, payments, and infrastructure. They process information only to provide contracted services. We apply access controls, encrypted transport, tenant isolation, and other reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can also sign out of your account and choose not to use Google sign-in.
