Billing and trust
Billing, recording, privacy, and integrations
Understand trial and usage rules, decide whether to record calls, protect caller information, and verify how completed calls reach the rest of your workflow.
Review plan, trial, and usage terms before activation
Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI conversation time and an overage rate. Current plan amounts, included minutes, monthly or yearly billing choices, and overage prices are shown in the live pricing section so product guidance does not become a second pricing source of truth.
The website trial lasts 14 days or 20 AI conversation minutes, whichever comes first, and requires a card. Billing begins according to the terms shown during checkout. Purchases made through a mobile app can use different store terms, which are displayed by the applicable purchase platform.
Treat call recording as an explicit business decision
Call recording is optional and can be disabled. When recording is enabled, the call flow can include a notice to the caller. The business remains responsible for determining and following the recording and consent laws that apply to its callers, locations, and use of the recordings.
Recordings should be enabled only when they support a defined operational need. The dashboard can still provide call status, transcripts, summaries, and captured details based on the configured service behavior, but available artifacts depend on the active setup and provider handling.
Keep configuration and call activity in the authenticated workspace
The AI Office Assistant processes business configuration, phone routing, caller phone numbers, call status, transcripts, summaries, captured lead details, appointment information, and recordings when recording is enabled. This information supports call handling, notifications, dashboard activity, and service reliability.
Workspace access requires the associated VizionSpace account. Notification previews use generic operational language and do not include caller names, phone numbers, transcripts, or other caller details. Review the Privacy Policy for the current handling description and contact VizionSpace with data questions.
Verify the workflow before promising an integration
Workiz and Salesforce connections are available today. The exact handoff should be scoped before launch so captured caller details, lead status, ownership, notes, and follow-up match the way the team actually operates.
Additional systems are not treated as available simply because they have an API. VizionSpace first verifies authentication, required fields, failure handling, and the destination record the team expects. Until that workflow is confirmed, use the configured notifications and authenticated call activity as the reliable handoff.
Review billing and controls as the call volume changes
Monitor included usage, overages, recording settings, notification destinations, and connected workflows as the business changes. Update the plan or routing before a predictable seasonal increase rather than waiting for the existing setup to become a constraint.
Keep one accountable owner for billing and one for call behavior. That separation makes it clear who reviews spend and who confirms that customer-facing answers, transfers, and notices remain accurate.
